Chicken Flautas

Sauce
1 medium can tomatoes, chopped
1/4 medium white onion, chopped into 1/4" pieces
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, minced
1 Tbsp. Jalapeno chile
2 Tbsp. corn oil
1 large, fresh clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Filling
1 whole rotisserie chicken, shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese
Half of sauce mixture

10 TortillaLand® All Natural Uncooked Flour Tortillas

Heat oil over medium high heat in pan. Sauté onion and garlic until translucent. Add tomatoes and Jalapeno to the onion mixture and season with pepper. Bring mixture to a boil and cook a few additional minutes. Add cilantro and remove from heat. Cool and keep refrigerated.

Cook TortillaLand® All Natural Uncooked Flour Tortillas according to package instructions. Blend half of sauce mixture with chicken and Cheddar cheese. Stuff cooked tortillas with chicken filling and roll tightly. Fry until golden brown.
