Easy Cheese Quesadillas

3 TortillaLand^® All Natural Uncooked
Flour Tortillas
3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
3 cups Mexican blend shredded cheese
1 cup roasted Poblano Chile strips (optional)

Cook TortillaLand^® All Natural Uncooked Flour Tortillas according to package instructions and set aside to cool. Stuff each with cheese (and chile if desired), fold and enjoy!
